Model excellence
Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP started it’s life as a modeling technology, established by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in the early 70’s.
Fascinated with human excellence, they begun the process of extricating and replicating the language structure and behavioral patterns of three individuals (Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson) who were excellent as professional agents of change, working in the domain of therapy. Both modelers unconsciously absorbed the patterning inherent in the geniuses and then provided a description of their tacit skills.
The result of their modeling projects was the codification of the so called patterns of excellence, which application was able to create effective and long lasting change in personal and professional lives of people.
Today NLP serves as a modeling technology to model outstanding performers or geniuses in certain fields as well as a powerful tool to help people have new experiences and more choices in life. With broad range of application from personal growth, coaching, leadership, sales, marketing, team building, education and other areas, NLP provides a unique and powerful set of tools and technics that help achieve both personal development and business success.
