Flow is a unique and integrative programme, which works on your mental, physical, emotional and soul level. Flow merges together the elements of physical training, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness, Meditation and awakening of your life energy.

Life energy needs a free flow through your body in order for you to keep your optimum physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. Unfortunately, as a result of our past conditioning and as a result of modern lifestyle, this energy can not flow freely throughout our bodies, which results in different kinds of energy blockages throughout our bodies. As a consequence of this, we experience a lot of stress, mild or severe medical conditions, constant tiredness and inability to connect with deeper levels of ourselves and with the world around us.

How did it all begin?

I guess we all have certain life quests and life shows you in which direction to move. The idea of Flow Programme started developing in 2006 when I joined my first pilates class in Slovenia and became addicted to it straight away. My enthusiasm was enormous and therefore I was asked to replace our trainer during the times when he was unable to do his own classes. Then the word spread and in the next two years I had my own sessions in two fairly big holistic centers. Students were enthusiastic about my style of teaching and were able to detect the results on their bodies very soon after they started. After that my journey took me to London, where I studied different personal and professional development programmes; however, my love for this type of training never left me.

Algarve Retreats gave me a boost to get back into teaching and this time I merged my wide knowledge and experience together and created a unique and integrative approach to re-establishing well-being.

I need to admit I thoroughly enjoy my programmes because I can see that students detect differences after the first few sessions. The reports I am getting is that students start to feel their core muscles getting harder in just one week. In general they report that they feel much calmer and peaceful, able to concentrate and live in the present moment. Their focus enhances and they become able to start observing their words and actions and make alterations in order to get the results they want. They learn how to step out of their head and reconnect with their heart, how to conquer their fears and follow their dreams.




In the middle of February this year I decided to test the Flow program designed by Polona Mursec. I learned how to stretch my body and do the exercises at my own pace. Additionally, I took on her lovely recipes, which are all based on using fresh organic food with lots of minerals and vitamins.

Just after a few days of practising, I felt my energy levels rising and affecting both, my mind and body greatly. It is now almost the end of April (10 weeks since I started) and I have already lost 8 kilograms using her guidelines. This is an amazing transformation for me and my health.
